We do not knowingly provide services to children under the age of 13.

We offer a variety of professional services, digital products, and physical products. Each specific service or product may also have additional terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of purchase.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

5. PAYMENTS

Payments for our services or products can be made by acceptable payment methods as indicated on our website. All payments are due upfront unless otherwise specified.

6. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Meetings or appointments that are canceled are non-refundable. Rescheduling of meetings or appointments is subject to our availability and at our sole discretion.

7. REFUND POLICY

All sales of downloadable digital products are final and non-refundable. Physical orders are fulfilled by a third-party partner (Printful). Refunds, returns, or replacements for physical items are subject to Printful's policies and must be processed in accordance with their guidelines.

8. USER SUBMISSIONS

If you upload, post, or submit any content to our website (such as audio files, reviews, or comments), you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a license to use, host, and display that content as necessary to provide our services to you. You agree not to submit any copyrighted material that you do not own or have permission to use.

All content on our website and all materials provided as part of our services or products, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances will PAS MUSIC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services or products. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or $100.00 USD, whichever is greater.
